In addition, they claimed that she had $60,000 when she married Joseph Pierce, most of which was in cash, and that practically all of this had disappeared. The will contest was settled in May, 1920. Mrs. Sophia A. Wheeler (Henry C.), her daughter, Minnie, and Mrs. Nettie Quigg Hall (Ward) adjusted their claims with Joseph B. Pierce and Mary E. Otis Quigg (Hudson M.)11,12
