     Joseph Summerlin was born circa 1792 in GA.¹ He was the son of Henry Summerlin Sr. Joseph Summerlin was enumerated as Head of Household in the census of 1820 in Athens, Clarke Co., GA.²

There was a Laban Magbee in Butts Co. in 1830 and 1840, b. 1780-90, but I have not been able to determine if he is related to Solatha.^2,3
