Following are some of the Adam Joneses researched in Georgia and South Carolina. These are only 5 of the Adams found. Three of these have Seaborns as sons or grandsons. The name Lerisey/Levicie/etc. appears several times. I have not found the parents of Adam of Laurens Co., Georgia.
The many Seaborn Joneses are reflected in a biography of Seaborn Jones of Halifax County, North Carolina and Augusta, Georgia. “Seaborn was greatly admired and his brothers and cousins named sons “Seaborn.” So many “Seaborn Jones” were in the family that they gave them nicknames to distinguish them.”
Laurens County., Georgia
Adam Jones of Laurens Co., GA, had a wife named Lerisey, and children as follows: Jane, Lydia, Delia, Ellenor, Margaret, Queen Ann, Susan, Seaborn, Holly Ann, Laura, and John (from his will).
Adam died in March, 1829. I have found no census records for Adam in Laurens Co., but Lerisey is enumerated in Laurens in 1830 (Levice), 1840 (Luricie), and in Pulaski in 1850 (Levicey).
In the 1830 Laurens Co. census, Lerisey is enumerated right after Richard Barlow. This is evidence that her daughter, Ellenor, is the Ellen/Nellie who married James Barlow (between 1830 and 1835), son of Richard (mentioned in Richard’s will as ‘my daughter in law, Nellie Barlow’. In 1840 James is enumerated 4 lines from Luricie. In census records, Ellen is called Ellen (1850-1870) and Nellie in 1880).
Pulaski County, Georgia
By 1850, Lerisey is in Pulaski Co. and the only child living with her is Seaborn (Seabron). Son, Seaborn, was b. 19 Sep 1818 in Georgia. Seaborn married Susan F. Hall (1832-1883) in 1850 in Pulaski Co. Seaborn and Susan had a son, Adam Hall and a daughter, Siddy (Seaborn had a sister named Lydia/Siddy). Siddy married William R. McNair and they had a daughter, Queen Ann (one of Seaborn’s sisters was named Queen Ann). Seaborn died in 1898 and is buried in Bleckley Co., GA (formed 1912 from Pulaski).

Another family of interest, because of similar names is that of Adam Jones, a Revolutionary War soldier. Adam married Nancy Harrison in Virginia. They had a son Richard (will of Richard Harrison). Was Isaac also a son? See EN>Isaac Jones Bible. Adam died in 1826.
Isaac married Malinda Clayton and they moved to Morgan Co. where Seaborn was born in 1810. This Seaborn was also known as Greene Seaborn and Seaborn G. Isaac died in Morgan Co. in 1821. Malinda moved to Pike Co. circa 1823, with Seaborn. Seaborn married Nancy Wadsworth in 1845 and they had Lovisa/Lovicey. Seaborn continued in Pike Co. He died there in 1895 and both are buried in Wadsworth Cemetery in Lamar Co. (formerly Pike Co.)
